Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Memorize It is operated by BHADRAAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information the app keeps and how it is used. By using the app you agree to it.

2. What we store

• Your account: name, email address, and a hashed password (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, the name, email and profile picture Google shares, and a token that lets you sign in; we do not see your Google password.
• Your entries: the chores and dates you add, their schedules, when you tick them, and who ticked them on a shared list.
• Sharing: the link between your account and the one person you share a list with, and the invitation that led to it.
• Preferences: your time zone (so “today” is your today), and small settings such as which months you have opened on the Dates page, kept in your browser only.
• Technical records: web server logs with IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for a short time to run and secure the service.
• Messages you send us through the Contact page: your email, subject, message and category.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not show advertising.
• We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
• Voice input is handled by your browser's own speech recognition; the sound never reaches our server, only the words you accept into the box.
• The “Ask” feature answers from your own entries on our server; no outside AI service receives your data.

4. Why we use it

To run the app for you: show your list, send the reminders you set up, let the person you share with see the same list, and answer your questions. To keep the service secure and working. To answer when you write to us. If paid plans are introduced, to record what you paid for and issue receipts.

5. Who else sees it

• The person you share a list with sees everything on that list, including ticks and who made them, until either of you stops sharing.
• Our hosting provider stores the data on servers we rent; they do not use it.
• If you sign in with Google, Google knows you signed in to this app.
• Messages sent through the Contact page are handled on our support desk, shared across the apps we make, and replies come from support@bhadraaveltechnologies.com.
• If payments are introduced, the payment provider (Razorpay) processes your card, UPI or bank details under its own privacy policy; we would receive only a payment reference, the amount and the status, never your card number.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Your entries stay for as long as your account exists. Deleted entries are removed from your list at once and purged from our backups within a few weeks. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. If you ask us to delete your account, everything in it is deleted; records we must keep by law (for example, payment records) are kept for that period only.

7. Your choices and rights

• See and change what is in your account at any time from within the app.
• Stop sharing a list from the Account page; each person keeps what they created.
• Remove Google sign-in from the Account page.
• Ask us to export or delete your account by writing to support@bhadraaveltechnologies.com from the account's email address. We will act within 30 days.

8. Security

The app is served only over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to the server is limited to the people who run it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that it is; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep an account for one. A parent who believes a child has made an account can write to us and we will remove it.

10. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the date the current text took effect.
