Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and BHADRAAVEL TECHNOLOGIES LLP (“we”, “us”) and cover your use of Memorize It, at whatever address it is served from. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the app. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
• One account per person. You may share a list with one other person through the app's sharing feature; you are each responsible for what you add.
• You must be at least 13, or old enough to agree to terms like these where you live.

3. What the app is for

The app helps you remember chores, bills, birthdays, renewals and other dates. It is a convenience, not a guarantee: a missed reminder, a wrong date you typed, a misread word, or an outage could mean something is forgotten. Please keep anything critical (a legal deadline, a medical dose, a payment with a penalty) backed by another method as well.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the app for personal purposes.
• Do not try to break into it, overload it, or get at another person's data.
• Do not use the Contact page to send unsolicited or abusive messages.
• Do not put anything unlawful in it.

5. Free trial and paid plans

The app is currently free to use. We intend to introduce a free trial followed by a paid plan. When that happens, the prices, the trial length and what happens at the end of the trial will be shown clearly in the app before anything is charged, and these terms and the Cancellation and Refunds policy will be updated. We will not charge anyone without their explicit action to subscribe.

6. Your content

What you write in the app is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to you and the person you share with, and back it up. We do not claim any other right to it.

7. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the app running, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change or discontinue features; if we were to discontinue the app, we would give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a missed or wrong reminder, loss of data, or interruption of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
