Cancellation and Refunds

1. Today

The app is currently free. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. This page says how it will work when paid plans are introduced, so there are no surprises.

2. Plans are prepaid

A plan is paid for in advance for a fixed period (for example a month or a year). There is no automatic renewal unless you choose it, and we tell you before any renewal is charged.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Account page or by writing to us. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

4. Refunds

• A first purchase can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of paying.
• A renewal can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not used the renewed period.
• After 7 days, plans are not refundable, except where we were unable to provide the service for a substantial part of the period, in which case we will refund the unused part.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days of our confirmation.

5. How to ask

Write to support@bhadraaveltechnologies.com from your account's email address, or use the Contact page, with the payment reference. We reply within two working days.

6. Nothing is shipped

The app is a service used in your browser. Nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping policy applies.
